What is the maximum current supported by the USB socket?
Time:2020年09月02日 Browse:

It depends on the material and specific design of the USB socket.

Generally speaking, the contacts of the common USB female socket (and the power supply current path) can withstand an overcurrent of more than 5A-but this does not mean that it can be used to stably supply power to a load of about 5A. In actual use, 2A is generally used as the stable maximum output parameter.
